With my registration for the online platform Croma Hub (hereinafter referred to as "Platform"), Croma-Pharma GmbH, Industriezeile 6, 2100 Leobendorf, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Croma") will process the following personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data"):

First and last name, any additional names, user name, ID number, address, e-mail address, profile picture, passwords (exclusively encrypted), statistics, my behaviour in connection with the use of the materials made available on the Platform (access data, content usage data, preferences, interests, statistics).

Croma bases its processing of Data, which was already transferred to Croma for the performance of our current business relationship or my registration to Croma Is More (art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR), on the legitimate interests (art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR) to process the Data (i) for the continuing business relationship including related direct advertising and (ii) for the further education program CROMA IS MORE.

I can object to this processing at any time (art 21 para 2, 3 GDPR) or delete my account. In each of these cases my right to use the Platform and the associated processing of Data ends.

The processing of my Data for the Platform is profiling according to art 4 sec 4 GDPR. There is no exclusively automated decision in individual cases. Furthermore, the results of the profiling do not produce any legal effect on me or significantly affect me similiarly. Hence, art 22 para 1 GDPR does not apply.

By evaluating my usage Data, the following is evaluated: 

• The probability of future purchases of Croma-products 
• Interests in the training programme and related specific product groups
• Interest in current or future workshops or events offered by Croma.

This will have the effect that my Croma Account Manager will be able to look after me according to my last uses. For example, if I have watched many training videos on Croma Threads shortly before my consulting appointment, my Croma Account Manager will be able to prepare for it and take the corresponding material on Croma Threads and related workshops with him/her.

My Data will be processed in connection with the Platform for the following purposes:

• simplified processing of the further education program Croma Is More,
• Marketing for Croma's products and promotions,
• Marketing for workshops and events,

The processing time of my Data for the purpose of processing the Platform ends with the closure of the Platform by Croma, a legally binding decision by an authority or deletion of my account.
